Thermoplastic hoses
T HERMOPLASTIC REFRIGERANT HOSES WITH C OMPANION VALVES
with G ENERATION I
with G ENERATION II / III
with G ENERATION IV
The thermoplastic hoses are manufactured in customer-specific lengths of up to 20 m. The hoses with two stop valves are evacuated or, if necessary, pre-filled with the appropriate refrigerant.
Technical and constructive features:
The refrigerant hoses [with closed-cell insulation] based on polyethylene meet the requirements of DIN EN 378-2 Point 5.3.1.4 d) Plastics. The requirements of EN 1736: 2009-02 Refrigerating systems and heat pumps - Flexible pipe elements, vibration isolators, expansion joints and non-metal tubes - Requirements, design and installation are fully met. The leakage rate of the best class defined in the standard is at least maintained. The inner core of hoses is made of elastomeric polyamide. The reinforcement braid in high tenacity polyester yarn (PET) and the micro perforated antiabrasion polyurethane covering (PU) give the hose high resistance both to pressure and surface abrasion.
The insulation is covered with a resistant, UV-stable cover. Dimensions and tolerances correspond to EN 14313: 2015, tables 1 and 2. The fire behavior corresponds to the Euroclass, BL-s1, d0 (hardly inflammable), classified according to EN 13501-1.
